It was very clean and nice looking. Issues: I booked a King room with Expedia however at checkin there was no King room available. Doesn’t matter what I booked if they didn’t have it. Queen room was fine, but that isn’t what I reserved. Toilet tank would not fill unless we took off top to tank and “touched” a part of the internal components, then it would fill and flush (this was every time).

My husband and I thought that check-in was at 3 not 4. The staff was happy to accommodate us even though we were early. Our room was very clean and well designed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great sleep. The pool and gym were very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of options as well.We will stay here again

The manager was arrogant and acted like he was doing us a favor. We need to switch one of our rooms and he could have done it as a courtesy, but short men tend to over exert their authority, especially with women, and he insisted on charging us. The woman at the desk was much more accommodating, polite and engaging, but she had to run everything by the short man with the light skin, wavy hair colorism attitude. Other than him the rest of the staff was nice.

The people were very friendly and the whole place was very clean. It was a standard hotel breakfast so expectations met there. My only knock was that the room smelled musty and the pool was a little foamy and a little green... just enough to not be appealing to get into.
