The entire day there were tons of people coming to the hotel to “visit” the housekeeping staff!! At one point I could not get to our door because of the 5 men standing outside my door smoking! And the housekeeping staff smoke constantly while cleaning the non smoking rooms. Rooms are not non smoking if the housekeeping staff smoke constantly while cleaning them. I wondered how the bedding and towels could have cigarette burns in a non smoking room!! Will never stay there again!

Our stay was 3 weeks, Room was clean, beds were comfortable, decent pillows, after a week beeing there we had to ask them to finally change the linens, had to ask several times for fresh towels, room was not cleaned daily. People were friendly and accommodating when we asked for things like linens and towels. Breakfast needs some work, same everyday, limited selection for sure. Stayed there several years earlier, Quality and service was much better then.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed!!! The sheets, pillow cases and all bedding was filthy in BOTH rooms. Crumbs, food and hair was between the sheets, the rooms smelled like stale smoke. I originally paid for two days but had to leave the next morning immediately! This hotel needs to be shut down! I want my money from these two rooms I paid for. I had to scramble to find another hotel due to the deplorable conditions. I was afraid for my six year and one year old granddaughters. We couldn’t even take showers. This place was filthy!!!No one should stay there. I was embarrassed to have been there and for other people wasting money on that trashy place. My God!!! I want my money back!!!

The tv was scrambled. Couldn't really watch tv. The lights kept flickering and then they completely stopped working. They came back on eventually. There was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. There was also bugs in the bathroom. I went to the front desk around 10:30pm because my key wasn't working. The just took the key rekeyed it..he never ask for any information, no id or anything. I could've been a random person with an old key, and he just rekeyed it. Very unsafe. I couldn't sleep. I was scared. I won't go back there anymore. I want a refund!!

Disgusting
I ended up canceling the reservation because when I arrived the area was horrible. There was suspicious people just hanging around the hotel, the parking lot was not maintained. When I walked in the lobby to check in the lobby looked great and smelled cleaned. The lady that checked me in was very nice and understanding when I wanted to cancel. I tried to give the place a chance even tho the first impression was not good so we went to the room and it was horrible. Smell like smoke, the bedding was dirty, had cigarette burns in them and on the counter the door was dirty and the lock was barely there. The elevator smelled like urine. I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. Like I said the lady that checked me out was understanding and she didn’t hesitate to cancel everything. Very bad hotel. It needs to be torn down and start all over.
