A true game day place for friends, family and many types of parties! Only a few blocks from Texas A&M University. The vision for this house was for it to be a game day fun place. Gathering with family and friends at this home is ideal for entertaining and lots of enjoyment. Inside it has a comfortable and modern décor style. There is a great gameroom with ping pong table, foosball, board games and comfortable seating area with tv. Ring Dunk Weekend
The stay was wonderful and everything inside the house was awesome. The pack man machine was a hit. Just outside was really grown up and just needed some cleaning out there. Other than that the stay was great and I’d recommend staying here.

Perfect for our weekend getaway!
My father, my daughter, and I really enjoyed the house! The backyard is awesome and the ping pong table and fooseball kept us busy when we weren’t with family. No complaints at all.

Great property to stay at, it was clean and ready when I arrived in College Station. The only downside was the small shower was slippery and a couple of the people that stayed with me almost fell when getting in and out of the shower.

Super fun house that the boys got to rest and bond at while playing in a football 7 on 7 tournament. So much better than having them in 10 hotel rooms separated from each other.

Great Aggie Stay
Great home for a close and convenient Aggie stay for us and our son in Corps of Cadets. He and his friends enjoyed the out door volleyball court, playing ping pong and watching movies.

I absolutely loved this house! Perfect for what we needed! Great location, and all the extras this house provides was outstanding for us. Only complaint was I couldn’t get the tv on in the back living area, but it was likely operator error! I will definitely look for availability for this place next time I’m in the area! We had a great time. Everything was very put together and the property is very location friendly. Lots of things to do to keep you busy inside of the house. The only thing I would say is the TV is a little bit of a pain to get going other than that everything was great.

Awesome location
We wanted a fun location for a 30th birthday party, and this property delivered! The host was extremely communicative and nice, and the property was well taken care of. The only thing I would note was that the floors really, desperately, needed to be mopped. We had a couple bring their small toddler who still hasn’t quite nailed walking yet, and after 5 minutes crawling on the floor their hands and knees were black from the floor. However, I would still rate this 5/5! Awesome location, lots of things to do on the property itself, and other than the floors it was absolutely spotless and clean!
