The tram was not running on Sunday so we had to walk to the Metro station and part of the way there were no sidewalks because of construction. We needed to know this beforehand! Also the ad on Travelocity said our room would have a pull our sofa but it didn’t so one of us had to sleep in the floor. Loud race cars in the middle of the night woke us up. And a noise coming from the windows like a loud clicking woke us up several times.

Beautiful hotel and room. Everything was so automated, the lights, the window blinds, etc. Although I had requested an accessible room, it had a tub and not a shower stall. Parking could have been more user friendly. I knew I had parked at level 2, but there's no 2 on the parking elevator. I thankfully remembered that when I came I was at the Conference level. Music in the lobby was very loud.
