Gorgeous fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home w/ two living areas, 3 outdoor spaces & fully furnished and stocked for your group or family. Front door opens into large living space w/ 70" flat screen and soaring ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. Walk right out through sliding doors onto private patio with outdoor pergola & multiple seating areas, an outdoor 45" TV and string lights. 2 outdoor grills provided (1 gas, 1 charcoal) and games for the kids. Step back inside and into your gorgeous kitchen fully remodeled w/ granite counters and stainless appliances. Large fridge for stocking your items w/ ice maker. Everything you'll need for your group is in the kitchen including pots/pans/silverware/ small kitchen appliances, etc. Step out into the 2nd living space set up for another group w/ 2 large full size modern futons and games in the entertainment center. Also features a bistro table/chairs. Walk through the door into the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, cable TV, large walk in closet and desk/chair. The master bathroom is right next door with a fully remodeled walk in shower w/ bench seat, large vanity w/ modern accents and plenty of storage. Down the hall into the bunk room where the kids can spread out with sleeping for 4 and nice sized closet. Across the hall is the second bathroom w/ full sized tub, brand new tile shower and gorgeous granite vanity w/ modern touches. The 3rd bedroom is a true retreat decorated gorgeously w/ King bed w/ linen grey modern headboard, pottery barn dresser, 2 night stands w/ lighting and black out curtains. Step right out on to your private patio for morning coffee or a late night drink w/ a high quality sunbrella bistro table and chairs. Yard in back features a large 275 sq ft. deck w/ fire pit and chairs and bench seating w/ lots of shade from a gorgeous oak. Side and back yard great for letting the kids play. Laundry Room has brand new washer and dryer and space for hanging clothes. Finally step into the garage where we have a full sized ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, full sized fridge for extra drinks and food, table/chairs, etc. House is on a large over-sized corner lot very close to Kyle Field and campus. Owners can help with logistics of arranging a van to drop off and pick up from football games / sporting events at tenants expense. Lots of outdoor lighting and a modern feel. The house was great but a wheelchair can not get into the bathroom.
First, the house is lovely and we had a great time playing games and ping pong. So many nice areas to hang out! My only negative is my son couldn’t get into the bathroom in his wheelchair because the doorway is not wide enough. I searched accessible Vrbo and this one came up. Thanks and Gig ‘em!

Excellent Graduation Location
What a wonderful place to host a graduation party. Many of my guests complimented the place. The two living rooms, multiple porches, and garage game activities provided an easy guest flow. We loved the garage's extra refrigerator, which helped us store drinks and food. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy. We enjoyed the gas fire pit on the back deck, which had lots of seating. There was plenty of parking along the side of the house and in front. I would certainly rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay!! Easy to check in and out, plenty of room for our friends. A note for any other all adult groups, the bunk beds are in a small room and creak when you move! Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Great house with a good location! We got to enjoy a UT and A&M volleyball game and my daughters club volleyball tournament within a short distance from the house. House had everything we needed to cook and just hang out. Enjoyed playing board games with the kids. And all the tvs was a huge plus!

Great amenities close to TAMU campus
Property had all the things you want near campus - lots of seating areas (multiple outside seating areas and even two inside family rooms w/ tvs). Worked great for our two families to have a fun weekend with our cadets and gave everyone room to stretch out and relax too. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Aggie house
We were in College Station for our son's wedding. Needed a place that 8 adults could move around comfortably and this house provided that for us. The layout was great, space worked well for everyone to get ready and beds were comfortable for much needed sleep. Location was very convenient, and one morning was able to go for a run to campus and back using residential streets. Had everything we needed in the house to get ready for a wedding and going out. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The perfect place to stay in Aggieland
We were visiting Aggieland for spring break and ere blessed to find this home. The house was very comfortable and gave us options to stretch out or be together. The kids enjoyed playing foosball in the garage and we had the opportunity to go fishing in the nearby lake. The house had everything that we needed and was well-maintained. Ryan and Roxy were great hosts — We hope to stay again!
