I'm short and had a very hard time getting up into the bed. However once I made it. The bed was so comfortable. The facilities were wonderful and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. comfortable

Overall we had a clean and comfortable stay, but there were a few things that needed to be fixed. The lamp on the desk was broken, and the lamp on the bedside wall was broken. There was also a leak in the bathtub faucet that could not be turned off.

Good Stay
The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, but not free like I anticipated, though that’s kind of on me for not adding the breakfast coupon. Not to mention that the hot tub in the pool area had a leak and wasn’t working. But overall, the stay was great. I can give this place another chance and remember to add the breakfast service to my reservation.

The breakfast was HORRIBLE. wheat pancakes are the only pancakes they had. The menu only had like 8 items to choose from. Jett tub didn’t work, toilet handle was broke had to open the top of the toilet just to flush it. Hotel Phone didn’t work had to walk to the front desk to let them know the toilet was broken. Ice machine didn’t work on the fifth floor had to go to second floor to use the ice machine. Was supposed to send maintenance man he never showed up. They didn’t want to refund or partial refund. I would recommend it.

Used to rely on a great free breakfast with Holiday Inn but not at this one! Coffee was watery and not hot, food was unappetizing to say the least. No effort. Old fruit, the cut fresh fruit was almost empty w/ 3 pieces of pineapple and cantaloupe at 8:15 am. Two employees just standing there on their phones, uninterested in refilling the empty bowl of fruit. But had a tip jar out. Cold sausage, watery eggs, dry hard biscuits. The rooms were ok, the bathroom came with a little bug friend. So overall average not really good.

Clean and staff helpful. Not enough staff so reception desk was unattended. Meeting rooms cold and microphone didn’t work. Some lobby furniture needs replaced as worn. Few lunch options. Very clean.
