I am a severely disabled senior. I was unable to access the lounge area due to the entire area covered in carpets. I understand the need to replace carpets but storing them in the lounge was unacceptable. I am in a wheelchair snd wanted to sit by the fireplace snd play cards with my husband. We had no table in our room. I was left just sitting in my chair.
