Welcome to our Collingwood retreat for 5, located in the Cranberry community. This 2 bedroom condo is only a short drive away from the Blue Mountain Village and minutes from Downtown Collingwood. Nearby are the Scenic Caves, Scandinave Spa, and private and public ski resorts. You can enjoy the quiet neighbourhood environment while staying close to all the 4-season activities that Georgian Bay has to offer.

The space
A large sliding barn wood door separates the living and sleeping quarters. Couches surround a classic fireplace with a wall mounted smart TV and with a sound bar above the mantle. A convenient desk area is included for those working on the go.

The full kitchen is equipped for when you're not dining at one of the popular local restaurants. This home includes basic cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker; just bring your food, coffee pods, and spices! Garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap and towels, etc are supplied.

The Master bedroom features a queen size bed with a custom made reclaimed wood headboard. The second bedroom includes a solid wood bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single on top. Both rooms are completed by some classic chests of drawers for storage.

After a long day on the hill, you can retreat to the spa-like ambiance of the incredible washroom. Luxury features include a soaker tub with ceramic tile surround, heated porcelain tile flooring and a convenient stacked washer and dryer unit.

1 Dedicated Parking Spot is included as well as visitor parking on a first come first served basis.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Clean comfortable home away from home
Very clean ,comfortable space ,stayed with my adult son and my 9 year old autistic grandson...very calm and relaxing stay ...if I could say anything negative it would be there were chairs for sitting on the balcony in the pic but was the only unit without them and veiw from the unit was construction in the building next door ..otherwise we had an awesome stay!

Great little getaway
We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids (3 and 1) This was our first over night trip with the kids so we chose this property because the 2 rooms were just separated with a sliding door. My 3 year old loved the bunk beds and we had my one year old in her play pen in the other room. Also great because we didn’t have to worry about any stairs. They unit was nice and clean and had everything you could possibly need. Good location as well, close to everything. Communication was also great, any questions were answered really quickly. We would book again.

Collingwood Retreat
The place was clean, towels were provided. Large queen bed in one room, double/single bunk bed in second room (we didn’t use). Large, bright bathroom, modern tub. Everything was perfect except it was listed as being on floor 1 and it was on the second floor - steps required to access it. Fine for us but not for someone with disability.

Belle endroit tranquille. En famille la cuisine est nécessaire et une laveuse, sécheuse . Il faut apporter sont matériels de lavage . Le point négatif pas de balais ou aspirateur pour ramasser par terre . Après une semaine avec des enfants le plancher était sale . Autre chose c'est la ville de collingwood aucun recyclage tout va dans la poubelle . Si vous rester pour un long séjour prévoyez l'achat de sac à poubelle ,papier de toillettes. Dans notre cas il y avait seulement 1 sac a poubelle ,4 rouleau de papier de toillettes, 3 pastilles lave vaisselles. Pour 9 nuit et 4 personnes. C'est certains nous avons laisser ce qui restait de nos achats sur place . Pour l'emplacement, près des épiceries,magasins et restaurants.( en voiture) . 30 minutes de wasaga beach. 10 minutes de blue moutain. 5 minutes du centre-ville. Nous avons bien aimer notre séjour.
