It was very clean and the staff went out of their way to answer all my questions. Every night they offer either a cookie or popcorn to all their guests. It was a very modern up-to-date place to stay.

Smelled horrible in bedroom like really really horrible. Remote needed to be replaced it was so caked with dirt and oil from overuse it wasn’t a cleaning issue but a replacement issue. Breakfast eggs were so gross I couldn’t eat them, there were no lids for coffee cups in the rooms, & the bagels were not fresh and I couldn’t eat those either.

Started out ok till someone checked into room 313 next to me, I don’t understand why people need to have their tv so loud, loud enough to where I could hear it plain as day, loud enough that it give me a headache for the rest of the night, yes I did call the front desk to complain which I was told I was the second complaint however the tv remained loud.
