I experienced 2 separate rooms. This is the worst place i have ever stayed even at very low prices of $50/day. There aren't enough characters allowed to document all of the problems. The place should not be open. Staff seemed courteous enough but whomever runs the place doesn't know what they are doing. Same experience as others with roaches. Very poorly maintained with major water leaks. Tub rusted through quarter size holes. Mold. Dirty toilets, Fire alarm disabled in room. Hallway alarm chirping 24 hours a day. Bed had a sinkhole. Linens heavily stained. Breakfast was slices of bread, no butter, toaster, jelly, the thickest coffee I have seen, some cereal, suspect milk container and waffle maker, given the other problems I have no confidence in the waffle batter. When snow came no attempt was made to clear anywhere except a 10 ft strip in front of the entrance.
Appalling!! The only pro is ease of checking in. Beyond that it is hands down the worst room I've ever stayed in!! I checked in and walked into the room long enough to drop off my bag and left. I just needed to know I had a room to sleep in when I would get back in the middle of the night. My fault for not inspecting the room. I get back to the room at 3:45 am and find...
Walk in the door and turn on the light switch but no light comes on.
Bathroom sink is dirty and still has toothpaste in it.
No towels other than the shower mat. (However as I was leaving I noticed one towel and washcloth on the top shelf of the closet).
The toilet ran and you had to jiggle than handle. But I guess I jiggled it wrong and next time I went to flush there was no water in the tank.
Shower rod coming out of the wall along with ceiling tiles sagging in that bathroom. Mold in the bathtub.
Bathroom fan was deafening.
Mattress had a huge pit in the middle. Completely worn out and you rolled to the middle. Very hard to climb out of.
Chair at the desk badly stained.
Furniture was janky and drawers didn't close.
Nightstand was filthy and bed skirt had a large nasty stain on it.
Curtain pulls were broken off and lying in the window sill. Curtains didn't close and I was on the ground floor.
Was going to complain but nobody was to be found at 3:45 am and with that many things overlooked there was a good chance another room wouldn't be any better.
When i git to the hotel they charged me an extra 25$ just to get in my room and blamed it on hotels.com. once in my room the key card didnt work i told the front desk. He said they will fix it in the morning. Next day he then said i have to wait until 1 for the room service to arrive. At 1pm there was no room service so i requested a different room. Not to mention the mold on the sealings of the hallway. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences every in my life i would never go back there again.
Roaches were everywhere. No exaggeration. Like a roach fell from the ceiling. Almost landed on me. Smh. Kids were out cursing like grown-ups. These kids were no older than 11 years old. It was kinda noisy. I would never stay there again if i could help it.
The hotel was filty, there was a water leak in the hall floor for 3 days and there was a terrible odor in the building.The unit refrigerator did not work and there were no mirowave as advertised. Overall I would not stay or recommend this site to anyone
Should honestly be closed down. The hotel itself and our room was absolutely FILTHY- bugs, dirt, dust, mold. The lights didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the shower didn’t work. We weren’t provided any towels or washcloths. And, I was sexually harassed by one of the guests- nothing was done to address it.

It was very dirty, trash every where. It was a very run down establishment. There were roaches. It was not clean at all.
Room was disgusting. When we called Expedia to ask for a refund without bothering the front desk, they came to our room to clean it after Expedia called them. Knocked every two minutes while I was on the phone trying to avoid giving me the refund. I never got the refund, we left the property within 7 minutes from the check in time. And I’m currently trying to resolve an overcharge with my bank because these people are dishonest even after I said to forget the refund.
