The front desk clerk was watching his toddler while on duty. When I got to my room, there was no ice bucket. When I went to the front desk to get one, the clerk could not find one behind the front desk and his only option was a plastic bag liner for an ice bucket. A plastic bag doesn't work real well. The clerk was able to get on 15 minutes later and did bring it to my room. There was a pile of clutter being stored underneath the stairs which wasn't too appealing. This property is dated and needs a significant face lift/remodel.

The hotel is in of updating bad even though I picked a room none smoking room close by would leak smoke smell into our room smokers need to have their own floor . When walking through the hall can feel the floor give while walking

Nice thing was we got fresh towels each night. Thats where it ended. No breakfast. Room and halls smelled badly. Beds were awful. Walls were thin could hear people stomping and slamming doors all night long. TV was small and had dead pixels so it was hard to watch. Would not recommend. Lots of better choices in the area

The service was excellent everyone was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again The only thing that was not really good was the beds are too firm but it was nice and clean.

No! Abort mission!
I would not recommend for anyone to stay here unless your only other option is sleeping on the street. The smell in the hotel was atrocious. It was a mixture of Marijuana, stale cigarettes, curry, old grease, and just plain funk. The ac spewed mildew stained air. The price is low for a reason people. I don’t know who is leaving 10 star reviews but they should be shot! The breakfast was a complete joke. Mini donut packets not even a full one. The hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Also NO ELEVATOR AND NO LUGGAGE TROLLEY!!! #caution

we had a room for 5 (1 adult senior, 4 children 4 ages 7 thru 16). given room with only 2 queen beds. 1 had to sleep in chair, no couch. also no pool, came down at 9:10 next morning, no breakfast.

The staff were polite. I didn’t like that the room had a plumbing issue that flooded the floor. The roomed smelled kind of bad. I had to buy air freshener. It was fixed. The staff came and vacuumed water out of floor.
