When we arrived at night about 8pm the entrance area was a bit off putting but please do not let this put you off.As soon as you get out of the lift the hotel area is clean and all staff were very helpful even though my German is non existent! Room clean and perfect forca few nights. Only slight complaint would be we booked a twin room but had a large doublecwith 2 single duvets but this was not a major issue.

Clean and friendly hotel
We had a one night stay at this great little hotel. Staff were friendly, the rooms clean and there are nice communal areas, including an outdoor terrace. It's on the 6th floor but there’s a lift. Location is close to the old town, only 10 or so minutes to cathedral and train station, and there's a decent small supemarket on the ground floor open quite late (10pm on our weekday) Just check in advance that you have the rooms you require, however, as we booked twins and were given doubles (although beds were the equivalent of 2 singles in width with separate duvets)

Wonderful stay here with my husband The man at the reception was so kind that h came downstairs to the car park to speak to the car parking lady to help translate that we have paid for our parking so we wouldn't get charged. Honestly lovely service and a great hotel. If we're in cologne, we would stay here again!

This is NOT a hotel. It is a hostel. The floors were really dirty in our room. My son took his shoes off, took a few steps, and got on the bed… the amiunt of dirt and hair (not ours) that fell off his socks onto the bed was gross.

It’s a nice hostel. Room was clean. 2 outside patios. It is on 6 floor of a parking garage, which was hard to find and a sketchy elevator going into.

The staff was very courteous to us, and the room was just what we needed. The staff also helped us get accustomed to the area, and helped to make us feel right at home! The property is located very close to the Christmas Markets, and quite close to the train station as well.

Very friendly reception staff after initial difficulties getting the lift to work up to this 6th floor property! The Beds in our room were comfortable. Space was a little tight, but sufficient.

It is a HOSTEL NOT HOTEL. It is TOO EXPENSIVE for the conditions and size. There is NOT TELEVISION to watch news. You feel like very limited space.
