*We are not a licensed wedding venue and thus CANNOT allow WEDDINGS*

Bring your next family reunion to this 72 acre, 6k sq. ft. home that sleeps up to 22 people. It is located in the heart of North Colorado Springs on its own private wildlife preserve. Unobstructed 180 degree views of the Front Range span from Monument in the north to Cheyenne Mountain in the south, with Pikes Peak and the Air Force Academy at the Center. Minutes from everything Colorado Springs has to offer, only 10 minutes to the Air Force Academy. Has one private pond and access to a shared pond.

The 3-level home was built in the 70’s and still retains much of its original charm. The beautiful, one of a kind front door and banister to the 3rd level were custom designed and built in Mexico. Each bathroom was individually designed with unique tile work, and most of the original design still remains.

On the main level you will find the expansive entryway that leads to a powder room and office. The vintage eat-in kitchen is complete with 2 refrigerators, 3 ovens (two original to the home), a built-in griddle, an electric cooktop, and a dishwasher. The large butlers pantry is perfect for preparing and hosting large meals.

There’s plenty of space for groups to gather and eat in the formal dinning area with seating for 10, 6 in the kitchen, and 4 at the bar. There is even a highchair for those with babies. Between the Kitchen and Formal dining area you will be greeted by a sitting room complete with a functioning and cozy wood burning fireplace and sunken bar. Just past the dinning area is the living room, which boasts a 75” TV and two large sofas, overlooking the gorgeous mountain range. On this same level down the hall are two spacious ensuite bedrooms with endless walk-in closets, both with king size beds and one with an additional twin bunk as well as a rollaway twin.

Past the entryway you will find the jade colored stairwell, which leads to two more grand bedrooms, both with king beds and one with an additional twin bunk. A rollaway twin can be found in one of the closets. Both rooms have their own expansive walk-in closets and bathrooms with showers.

The second set of stairs is just past the kitchen and leads you down to the lower level where you will be welcomed by floor to ceilling windows that span two levels. The views are majestic. From here you have access to the 4-7-person hot tub, gas fire pit, and patio. There is another wet bar on this level as well as air hockey, foosball, a video game table, and a 55” TV. Past the game area is another bathroom and a large bedroom with sleeping for 6, with two twin trundle beds and a twin bunk. There are also two pack n' plays.

The beauty of the land at this property is what makes it truly spectacular. Take in the the surroundings in one of the many peaceful outdoor seating areas. One patio has breathtaking views of Pikes Peak and the Air Force Academy. The welcoming and private front courtyard is a great area to gather. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for walks. There are two ponds on the property to explore and even fish. There is a short trail that begins past one of the ponds that ends in the adjacent neighborhood, which then leads to shopping and restaurants!

The hot tub is to die for! You get perfect views of Pike's Peak while soaking it all in with a few drinks and friends.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the basement garage and chicken coop.

The quiet neighborhood is perfect for walks. Most of the homes in the neighborhood are on 5-acre lots so it is very peaceful. There is one private pond on the property and one shared, to explore and even fish. There is a short trail that begins past one of the ponds at the end of the road. It ends in the adjacent neighborhood, which then leads to shopping and restaurants!

The best way to get around is by car. However Lyft and Uber are also readily available.

There is a two car garage and ample outdoor parking.

We are available by phone, message, text, or in-person if needed

Great Property!
Chad and Emma are great hosts. The space is clean, comfortable, and has amazing views & amenities. Other reviews put 8 stars for the kitchen being dated, but it’s actually quite stunning and has some updates like a new dishwasher and plenty of fridge space for large groups wanting to cook. Great owners with clear and easy communication.

SC Reunion
We enjoyed our stay at your home. We cooked all of our meals on this trip. The kitchen was nice but could have used a few more pots. Also a different counter top would have been nice. All that said we enjoyed our stay. We used the fire pit and hot tub which was well maintained. Thank you your quick communications. Take care

Perfect to celebrate with friends and family
We had friends and family in town to celebrate my retirement. We wanted a property outside of a typical neighborhood, and this was perfect! Great communication by the hosts (Emma & Chad). Views were amazing, house is a little older, but was spacious and perfectt for us. Beds were comfortable too! Overall great experience. spacious.

Large Family/Group Space
We just spent several days with our family of 18. 9 Adults and 9 young kids. Each family had a large bedroom to themselves. Upstairs bedrooms had closets so large that two pack 'n plays could fit in one. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and bed linens. Laundry was available, important with young kids. The kitchen is very well stocked. It doesn't have "everything", but you can easily cook a simple meal. There are separate areas where the kids can play or watch TV. You are just minutes away from groceries and gas stations, but it feels like you are out on a mountainside by yourselves. The hosts are very responsive, very helpful, very available.

Perfect for family gatherings
The property is perfect for a family reunion or friends gathering. The views are wonderful, house layout good with comfortable beds/bathrooms with nice amenities. The game room is great and all really enjoyed it. We played a lot of corn hole as well. Emma and Chad always responded to our questions promptly. Super nice! The only drawback was that the kitchen needs a little updating. However the multiple ovens, 2 refrigerators were nice to have. There were lots of options for dining inside or out. Having the grill and hot tub were also bonuses. Plenty of parking as well as use of one of the garages. There’s also a nice big pantry for overflow food, coolers…Having a washer/dryer was also nice. We loved the fire pit and had s’mores every night. We had ages 7 to 91! We took walks down to the ponds and saw great blue herons, beaver dens and deer. It’s a very nice property at a reasonable price.
