Amazing Hotel and Casino. Great staff and excellent security. Looking forward to my next stay. One thing that would be great and should be required at all new buildings is EV Charging on site. Hopefully they’ll have it soon. They’ll be eligible for quite a few State Rebates if they do. The other Casino near buy does have charging.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff very helpful. The food prices were very expensive, way to high for seniors on fixed incomes, we saved money for almost six months to be able to celebrate our 56 wedding anniversary there, but could not afford the meal(s) we wanted. It spoiled the meaning for us being there.

The gem of Cripple Creek
This is a very nice hotel and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again.

Better than expected
We did not have high expectations, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. This is less than a year open and there are still some kinks to be worked out, but nothing major for us. Free valet, though we opted to park ourselves, it had a Vegas feel pulling in. Attendants were available and friendly. Not bothered we didn’t want to valet. Check in was reasonable. All fees and expectations were communicated. Our room was great! Clean and had nice upgrades. Only complaint is there is no bathroom fan, minor detail. Ate at the buffet shortly after opening. Food was fresh with a lot of variety. Desserts were delicious! Crab legs and crème brule was my favorite. Overall it seems pricey but anywhere else probably would’ve ended up about the same (except for the steakhouse). Drinks included as long as you’re gambling. Be patient about that because there was only one server for the table area. She was pretty busy all night. As long as you tip, she’ll check on you. We had a lot of fun at the blackjack and roulette tables all night and ended up ahead too. If we travel this way again, we’d come back for sure. Memorable experience.

The property would be fabulous if it was in Monte Carlo or a fancy destination location. This property literally betrays the area and the locals. It does not blend in with the mountain setting! The interior is formal, cold and sterile. It gives off a very pretentious vibe which does not represent Cripple Creek in any way! We were heart broken to see that the building has 9 floors which totally block the town & mountain views of the neighborhood behind the property! They totally missed the mark on this build! I was thrilled that we only stayed for one night! I felt like a total trader to the town and to the State for spending $1 in this "resort"! They could have gone so many other ways with this property instead of ruining the setting for the homes behind that property that have been there for over 100 years. Congrats, to them they took a beautiful and historic town and have ruined a part of it! Totally unnecessary. We are business people as well and completely understand stretching dollars and trying to make the most out of our investments. There's nothing wrong with that! But this is FAR, FAR TO MUCH. Sorry, they did this to you Cripple Creek! The rest of the town is still fabulous! We will visit Cripple Creek again but not this overdone, intrusive and pretentious property! If I have any chance I will tell anyone who will listen, "Definitely visit Cripple Creek, but DO NOT STAY AT THE Chamonix"!
