Property was very nice and clean. Staff very helpful. The food prices were very expensive, way to high for seniors on fixed incomes, we saved money for almost six months to be able to celebrate our 56 wedding anniversary there, but could not afford the meal(s) we wanted. It spoiled the meaning for us being there.

Beautiful room! Comfortable bed, neutral colors, sexy shower,nice personal products-soaps, shampoo, conditioner, free waters, a coffee maker, and wonderful sheets!! The hotel itself is very glamorous, with beautiful chandeliers and floor tiles! A very nice place to stay in Cripple Creek!

Terror in the night
Checking in I was told although I requested the lowest level that my request wouldn’t be honored. The scariest part happened around midnight while sound asleep the television in the room turned itself on and sent me into a panic. On checkout the next morning I advised the front desk and he told me it was a glitch and all they do is unplug the set and then plug it back in. Nothing was mentioned to me about a glitch and no apologies were given. Very unprofessional service. Will not stay again.

We thought the hotel was beautiful. There was an odd door in our room that when you opened it, it was a glass window to see inside the shower. Other than that the room was beautiful as was the casino! The town was quiet

The property was gorgeous but being we had underage we were like escorted thru the casino to outside . Checked in on one date for the weekend and booked two rooms but two weeks later a cost of 81.00 was debited from my card and said it’s a charge for prime rib and it was dated the day before we checked in …. So definitely do not trust the credit card security. We spend roughly a total of about 7000.00 with rooms and all and then to get hit with fraud charges is unacceptable
