Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

Awesome place to stay in Colorado Springs
Very clean, comfortable, home! Excellent communication from the host. Juice, Snacks and Coffee that was provided was appreciated. Hot Tub was a great addition! Plenty of towels for a large family and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, very clean! Nice having a garage to park in as it was cold and snowing. Convenient location to the springs and Garden of the Gods. We took a day and drove to the mountains for skiing. We are frequent visitors to the springs; we will definitely be staying here again!

great stay!
We loved the house from the moment we entered! It was clean, spacious, and had all the extras of home and more to make it our home-away-from-home for a long weekend. You can see Pike's Peak from the kitchen window!! We hiked Garden of the Gods at the spur of the moment one morning - it's about 15 minutes away. The hot tub was amazing! Thanks for a great long weekend in the Springs!

By far the best host we have ever had! Chad notified me before areiving letting me know I could check in as early as possible and let us check out as late as we wanted to as the property was scheduled to be cleaned following day. Will stay here again if we have to go back

Colorado Springs Family Stay
We stayed at the property for two nights. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. The pool cues were missing tips and he came over within the hour to deliver new cues. the property was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We would stay again and recommend to anyone going to that area in the future.

We were there for a long weekend with mixed aged kids and the house was amazing. The game room worked perfectly for the kids to laugh, play, and veg out. The TV room has seating for the rest of us and we were able to watch a football game that we thought we’d miss being out of state! The rooms were great and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were fully stocked and had great conversation starter faucets. The location was great for what we needed, I thought the road would be busier, so that was a pleasant surprise that it wasn’t. We would definitely stay here again. The price was very reasonable for what we got. Thank you

Great Getaway
The space is large and communication with host was excellent!Nice touch with adding the milk, oj, butter and snacks and Wifi was very high and efficient will have no problem with connecting several people.Television had all the streaming services loaded as well with a very large screen and a wood burning fireplace.The Christmas tree was festive as well.While the decor is outdated and showing wear and tear and house on a busy street, nice that we had a garage to park in. There is a small cull de sac to park at, however my son received a note on his windshield stating he was parking in someone's parking spot.This is a City Street, not assigned parking.We did not experience any street noise, and close to everything.Enough room to spread out and enjoy privacy-great that we could bring our small dog as well. However, our concern was the beds are also very high making it a concern that we did not want to have our small dog jumping from.Don't hesitate to reserve this house if available, you will not be dissapointed.

The house was very spacious and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and easy to cook in. Loved the supplies the owner provided. Abundant towels provided which was so nice. My son lives in the area so we will be returning in a few months and staying at another property of this owner. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and would stay here again if it were available. Chad is excellent and so easy to communicate with.

We wanted a place to spend family time and this house was ideal. Clean and very well stocked! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top of four levels. Kitchen and living room were on level 3. Family room, 1/2 bath, washer and dryer and the garage are level two. And the game room and one bedroom are in the lowest level. The kitchen is well stocked and was perfect for needs! There are stairs between spaces.

In town for a family Wedding. Great location. Lots of room . Vrbo hosts has the house well stocked with anything you could need. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again when traveling back to Colorado Springs.

This was a good house with plenty of room. There are lots of spaces to hang out and the hot tub/backyard was cool! We saw a bunny in the backyard. The location is convenient to all we wanted to do.
