Stylish newly built home, nestled in an established quiet neighborhood, right in the middle of dozens of local favorites! You won’t have a lack of things to explore.

The kitchen has brand new appliances & all the supplies you need to entertain w/ your family & friends! Put a favorite in the crock pot & head up to the new Sunset Amphitheater - grand opening 8/9 ! This 8,000 seat outdoor luxury music venue is located up near the Air Force Academy & boasts incredible views of the mountain sunsets. Native to Colorado Springs, OneRepublic will be the debut act.

Go for a hike at Red Rock Canyon Open Space (3 miles away). It’s got trails of all levels & fantastic views of the Garden of the Gods. You are also right in the middle of world-class mountain biking trails you can explore (check out our guidebook of top hiking & biking trails - just click on our profile picture & scroll to the bottom). Adventure through historic Old Colorado City, known for its souvenir shops, hidden gem food spots & many seasonal events - or - take the kids to the neighborhood park which is only 1 block away.

Relax after a long day adventuring through the mountains in an oversized walk in shower with a rainfall shower head - or - dim the lights & take a relaxing bath in a serene freestanding soaking tub with candles, epsom salt & luxury robe to wrap yourself in when you’re finished.

There is a fully landscaped backyard w/ a hot tub & fire pit w/ 8 adirondack chairs for you & your guests to enjoy! The cover is equipped w/ locks to make sure your little ones stay safe. You will receive the hot tub rules to acknowledge for your safety at the time of check-in. (** If the hot tub water needs drained from a previous guest, there are no guarantees it will be ready & operational for your stay. This is a time consuming & unpredictable circumstance & refunds will not be given if the hot tub is out of order for your stay.)

Curl up on the couch, turn on the fireplace & catch up on Netflix with the 55 inch Roku TV. Have a game night with the several board & card games in the pantry - or - EAT, SLEEP, GAME & REPEAT with the PS4 that has interactive gaming lights (back of TV) in the loft. (There is also a memory foam futon that folds out to a full bed for extra guests).

So much to do!

The property was beautiful! It was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed! Upon arriving, we were a little unsure of the surrounding neighborhood, but it ended up being very quiet and cozy, while being close to everything! We would highly recommend staying at this property while vacationing in the area. So much to see and do and the house is a wonderful place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing!

The property is so beautifully decorated having amazing attention to detail with notes from the property manager sprinkled around the rooms. The check-in and check-out was so simple and manageable. The property manager was quick to responding to questions and made it a joyful experience.

Great location and property

This property is in a great location and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The host was extremely kind and responsive. The only feedback is that the property wasn’t extremely clean. We found long brown hairs within the bed sheets and around the bathroom floors, which indicates that the sheets weren’t changed and sweeping wasn’t incorporated but other than the cleanliness I enjoyed the property and the kind host.

Perfect location

The house is lovely. Lots of little touches that made it feel like home. There was an issue initially at checkin due to an emergency on the owners part but she kindly took care of us for the very minor inconvenience. Highly recommend.

Great Stay, Especially for families with young kids

We were so impressed with how well-stocked the house was for kids! From the wagon and tricycle in the garage to the playset out back to the potty and extra toys, our daughter (3) certainly enjoyed her stay! We did, too. We loved how cozy the living space and bedroom were. Thank you!

Beautiful house with plenty of space.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with plenty of space for my family of 7 people. They had games for the children and plenty of tv's for the adults. It had everything we needed plus more. We would rent it again if we visit this area again.

A nice looking place with not so comfortable feel

We selected this place because the pictures looks nice on the internet. There were minor oversights (leftovers in the fridge, pink mold on the shower curtain, no cream nor sugar for the coffee). The cleaning was rushed and the owner ok'd for us to drop off our belonging while it was being cleaned. The keyless entry and deadbolt was not operational and the bed makes creaking noise with slight movement. There's a cemetery at the end of the block.

Family trip for wedding

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The location was great for activities. The neighborhood is older and quiet. The beds were quite firm but I still slept well. We would liked a few more hand towels in the kitchen and bath towels. We were registered for 7 guests but only given 6 bath towels. My son used a beach towel. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Great weeklong stay

We were a group of 5 on vacay in Colorado Springs and really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is pretty, comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking (and coffee/tea) tools. There was also a supply of games and a hot tub for time spent at the house! The host was very communicative and relayed all necessary info. The location was perfect… it’s not far to several great sites in the area: Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, etc. It was a very quiet neighborhood but also just a few minutes from a Walgreens and a really nice bakery that we enjoyed (Wimberger’s). We would 100% stay here again and recommend.

Quick getaway

Very cute and cozy place to stay! We have a young family so the host making sure there were plenty of kid items in the house was so helpful! We were in close proximity to most everything we wanted to do in the CO Springs area as well. The house is well stocked with essentials and we greatly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit!

Girls weekend in the springs!

This location is the CUTEST place! This host needs to decorate for a living!! She had everything you needed and was so clean. Very close to stores and downtown. Neighborhood was a little sketch but this location and surrounding houses are nice.

Colorado College move-in

Moving our daughter into Colorado College and this rental was perfect for our family. Located minutes from the school and everything Colordo Springs had to offer. The rental was modern, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with utensils for family meals, hot tub and fire pit for great family time. I'm sure we will be back over the next four years visiting our daughter.
