We stayed here for 3 nights and found the grounds so peaceful and inviting. Not only were the grounds beautiful but so were the people serving there. The service was exceptional. We thought that not having a TV in our room would be a downside but we quite enjoyed it. The rooms are slightly outdated but met our needs and were clean. We would stay again .

Loved that the property was so spacious with lots of walking trails. The castle is beautiful and the property setting is in such a lovely area with the rocks formations all over considering it borders on the Garden of the Gods. Explored the bottom floors of the castle which are open to view and this wonderful, knowledgeable gentleman John showed us around. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful too If you are wanting to get away from your usual hotel settings I would recommend. The out buildings where the guest rooms are are pretty basic and simple but had everything you need. It’s the beautiful property and the castle setting that makes your stay special I would stay here again …..you feel out in the country and yet still very close to Colorado Springs for restaurants

The stay at this location was a joyful experience. It started at the gate with a friendly greeting and continued through checkin and breakfast with personnel that truly cared about us having a good stay. Walking with wild turkeys and mountain goats to breakfast was enriching experience. We spent some time in a well kept rose garden and talked with other folks in our party . Morning bird watching yielded a list of 15 species. We will return.
