The stay was a good one. The mattress were actually pretty good. But the staff went above and beyond when I had to check out early for a family emergency. They contacted Expedia on my behalf to see about a partial refund. The staff also gave me and my family water bottles for the trip home. They didn’t have to care that much or at all but they did because they are good people.

The staff are amazing. So nice and helpful. Hotel is bright and clean, beds comfortable. There were 2 minuses. First, the shower floor is extremely slippery when wet. That really needs attention. Second, I know everyone has a cell phone, but a clock in the room would be nice. I just would like to glance at a clock rather than fumble for my phone. I’m old and don’t always have it at my side. I will definitely stay here again.

The customer service when we arrived late that night due to our flight getting delayed was all we needed to make the best of our one night stay. Thank you for welcoming us with a smile.
