Good property but not that close to the airport
Great property - however, despite being called “the airport” holiday, it is not that close to the airport and the shuttle does not operate 24/7. Thus, I had to get a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel

We booked here because of free shuttle service to the airport. Chatted to assure that is true. Asked if available at 4:00 AM. Same answer. At check in we find out it is only 8-5. No compensation, can’t reach manager. False advertisement.

The bed and room were great. The bathroom needed a lot more attention in the shower. Other than that the room was good. DO NOT go to the JB's restaurant/ bar. The food is DISGUSTING and the service is awful. The same poor guy worked close then turn around and opened. He's the only person there to wait on tables. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

No bathtub.. was told rooms with a bathtub are handicapped only. Key card to get in the pool area hardly works. Employee unwilling to help us get in. The attached restaurant only has one waitress and she was always very overwhelmed. Don’t get the add on package. Issues with our tv.. no maintenance person on the weekend. Asked to speak to a manager and no one here on the weekend. Pool area dirty and pool was cold Phone did not work in room to call front desk

The staff when checking in are fantastic, and also helpful to accommodate with the needs of our family. However the restaurant could not accommodate to the meals we ordered and had us choose different options and then we waited an additional hour and 20 mins. Once receiving our food the order was incomplete. They did however discount the price for the mistake and we do appreciate that. The hotel it’s self could you some up keep, as in the first room we got, the window leaked from the rain, and then the room keys kept deactivating, and the simplicity of remote batteries in the remotes. However even with the minor issues we did have, the hotel was accommodating and welcoming and the staff was genuinely nice
