I had to check out at 3am on Friday, November 15th, in order to travel back to Texas with a family emergency. The front desk told me I wouldn’t be charged for the 16th or 17th. Can you explain why this is not so? Thanks

Clean, comfortable hotel
Very clean hotel with a cozy fitness room and unbelievably clean and fresh pool area. It did not smell like chemicals at all! Basic hotel breakfast, but again, quite clean! Bed was too soft for my liking, but the sheets were so soft and the pillows were perfect. Staff was friendly and checkin was a breeze.
