Miss Destiny was very sweet and understanding of our situation, and made us feel welcome. Very easy to talk to!! She definitely made an amazing first impression. The room is clean, was easy to find, water pressure was good, only thing was the shower took a while to warm up, but we're also on the 5th floor so not sure if that mattered. My husband are here for doctors appointments, which is just down the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The property was good and I expected that. The hotel met all of my expectations. The city of Colorado Springs has a homeless problem in the area and during a 8:30-9:00 am walk around the downtown area, we were harassed, menaced and threatened by a maniac homeless man. Stay away from the library area.

Great downtown hotel
Great place to stay in downtown Colorado Springs. Safe and convenient to walking to many restaurants. Highly suggest the Rabbit Hole for drinks and/or dinner, and Burnt Toast for breakfast. Our view was both of the city and the mountains. Valet parking was great ($29/night).
