The only issue we had is no staff had shown up to open the breakfast area. There was no coffee either. This was very disappointing and definitely made the price we paid not worth it.

I loved how clean the room was, especially the hot tub and bathroom. The breakfast was okay, I enjoyed making and eating a waffle, but some sausage/bacon and eggs would have been cool. It was a super quiet place to stay and I would stay there again.

Great property in Manitiou Springs. Nice rooms, clean and well managed. Staff is great. Free shuttle pick up to historic Manitou Springs just down the block. I’d stay again with this property.

Clean and quiet. On the main street in town. Great location. Have to keep a sharp eye out for the driveway. It’s a little hard to spot. I’d stay there again.
