Man this place is trash. for a king size bed I only got 2 pillows for 2 people. I can't ever believe this place is still here in Colorado springs the building wasn't clean the building itself was just out dated

This place was... serviceable. Which should be expected for the price. There were some missed pieces of paper trash in the room. The tv remotes were sticky and had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Some good points: while it was -8F degrees outside during my stay and the door opened directly to the outside, the heater worked fantastically well! The staff were helpful and courteous.

Mixed impressions

Each bed had a light blanket which made it very cold to sleep, even with the heater set on 70. Would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the room or a comforter on the beds.Floors looked dirty (needing a good sweeping and mopping). Floors very gritty. Was impressed by clean and welcoming lobby but disappointed with the amount of trash on the sidewalks and near outside trash bins. Would be nice if pet owners would PLEASE PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS!

Just warning everyone to stay away from this dump… staff here are rude and disrespectful… actually just the manager was rude to me , everyone else was very kind to me.
