Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at home when you walk through the door! The Cottage at The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn-of-the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with heated floors.

This cozy home is uniquely designed with interesting nooks and bedrooms that you will find super charming! The main floor features the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the necessary utensils, cookware, a large selection of spices and complimentary coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea. Follow the stairs leading to the laundry room and garden level bedroom. The lower bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and nicely landscaped backyard.

A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

We are pet-friendly and accept up to two small to medium-sized dogs! For special situations, please get approval from us before booking. Thank you.

This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

Great place and very well situated! Dog friendly with a large backyard. It's unfortunate that the previous people didn't clean their dogs pooh... Only downside is the awful humidity smell inside the house and the very old, small and uncomfortable beds.

Cottage in Colorado springs
This cottage is very cute, beautiful yard, location close to Broadmoor and Cheyenne Zoo, but also close to downtown which is sadly deteriorating, but they have great restaurants and shopping in case you want to venture out. The house doesn't have central air, but small portable AC units. It gets warm. But the cottage is exactly as described on VRBO. Enough space for two people comfy and cozy. Beautiful kitchen and good WiFi. I enjoyed it! Will book again!

We loved staying in this quirky cabin. It is centrally located and easy to hop on the freeway to be able to explore many great spots in Colorado Springs. It is also close to some fun bars/restaurants.

The stay was nice. But the door going out to the back area should have a blind on it. It was kinda of crappy getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, thinking someone could be looking in that door. Also that downstairs bedroom was extremely hot the fan helped but didn’t help enough. But very clean and quiet. If I was going to Colorado Springs again I would stay there. Thank you

Wedding Bells....
I needed a place to accomodate myself & our 15 yr-old, 14lbs rescue dog Pnut; as my daughter was getting married. The house was equipped with all of the amenities you could ever require when you think of being away from "home". The neighborhood was quiet and it was a pleasure to just sit and hang in the backyard as the dog laid in the "grass", a very small pleasure that should not be taken for granted dor rhose traveling with a pet. John was attentive to the exchanges we had and I will definitely be returnin and staying there upon my next viit to see my daughter!

This little house is an adorable little cottage with a very nice yard that the kids and dog loved to play in. The house was clean and well kept and had AC units in the main area and the upstairs bedroom which was a very nice addition. One thing of note, the driveway is a tight squeeze for a full-size pickup and there is limited space to turnaround if the front house/unit is in use and those parking spaces are occupied.

The location is within minutes of numerous fun things to see and do as well as places to dine. Many nice quality touches throughout the home, particularly the well equipped kitchen. Back yard was perfect for our dog, who enjoyed his best vacation ever.

Comfy Clean Cottage
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!
