It started to snow and the TV went out. Called the front desk and they were unable to fix it. Had to spend the night with no TV. This hotel really needs to look into getting away from the dish. It's 2024 no one uses a satellite dish anymore.

Staff was amazing from hotel manager to front desk and also maintainace. I had trouble with the toilet flushing 5 minutes later it was fixed new handle installed and he was gone. Housekeepers were on the ball and great service. Overall i will staying here again.
