The staff overall were excellent and very nice. However when it came to checking in and out and even calling about said service weeks before, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was very happy with my stay there but very dissatisfied and disappointed with the check in staffs ability to provide accurate information and execution of task.

The staff at the Tru are amazing! Always friendly and very helpful. There was an incident with some guests. The hotel staff was quick to handle it. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Although it was a new property - upon checking in my son needed the bathroom so he went to the public one. There was no toilet paper and it was 10pm. Also when we went to go get breakfast- all the good food was gone. We had to eat cereal. It was 9am. For that we were disappointed.
