CB90 Condo: USC, Ft Jackson, Walk to Devine St.

Beautiful 2 BR downtown Columbia condo in a converted school building. Steps away from Devine St restaurants and shopping, easy drive to USC (5 minutes) and Fort Jackson (8 minutes). Memory foam mattresses and TVs in each bedroom. Gorgeous walk-in shower and full-size in-condo laundry. On-site pool (May-September) , Video Arcade Games and two assigned parking spaces. Includes cable and Wi-Fi and is outfitted with everything to exceed your expectations!

Getting into the condo:
You enter the building a short walk from either assigned parking spot, go up a few steps, and proceed to a private hallway shared with only one other condo.

The entry:
Once inside, you’ll immediately notice the original tile floors of this 1930s converted school building and the view of the fountain in the courtyard. In the entry hall, there’s an office niche with a workspace and a feature wall of local art.

The common spaces:
As you enter the main area, you’ll enjoy a bright, sunny space with dark floors and soothing blue paint that create a warm welcoming feel. In the main living space, you’ll find a dining table for 4-6 people, a living room with new 85” smart tv, a loveseat and sofa (with Queen size pull-out bed), and a lift-top table for work or meals. Newly added Standing Arcade Games including Pac-man and Mortal Combat bring back the nostalgia for kids and families alike. The well-equipped kitchen sits in the heart of the condo and features a fantastic 7’ island.

Bath:
We built a new bath from the joists up, featuring new tile floor, double sinks, toilet, and a fabulous walk-in shower.

The bedrooms:
The Main bedroom is 11x14, so we focused on the essentials: a King size bed, 2 side tables, and a wall-mounted 55" TV. There’s plenty of room for 2 to move around. We found the softest sheets, pillows, and comforters to add to the comfort of the memory foam mattress. The closet has plenty of space and hangers.

The guest bedroom is a cozy 9x11, yet there’s room for a king bed or 2 twin beds and a side table, and a wall-mounted TV. We added the softest sheets, pillows, and comforters. The closet has plenty of space.

Both rooms have blackout curtains so you can manage the city light as you like.

We can provide an extra single inflatable mattress or pack’n’play, if you let us know ahead of time.

The whole condo is available to guests.

You local hosts live nearby. We’re available if you need us.

Guests can use our 2 assigned parking spaces. Columbia is Uber and Lyft friendly.

The condo has 2 assigned, off-street parking spaces.

Our properties are tobacco-free. The use of tobacco products is prohibited inside and outside the condo.

Lovely condo in a great neighborhood.
This condo is very nice and stocked with all Of the right things. Kim is very accommodating and even adds special touches. You can walk to dinner and shopping. It is very convenient to the USC campus. This will be our go to place from now on while in Columbia.

Great Stay at Devinely Walkable Downtown Getaway!
We spent five fabulous days at this condo! The building is a converted school building. The neighborhood is upscale and very quiet, and we literally never saw or heard any other people in the building. Our host, Kim, made sure we knew exactly where to go and how to check in. She responded to texts within minutes. When I told her I planned to sleep on the futon in the living room, Kim offered to set up twin beds in one bedroom so we could all have beds to ourselves. We certainly never expected that! The living room sofas accommodated our party of four, so we could spend hours visiting and all be able to see each other. The dining table easily sat four, which was important to us. The shower is huge. I would definitely stay at a property hosted by Kim again.
