Never will I book this hotel again! The hotel room was dirty upon arrival and the entire hotel smell horribly of marijuana. I had to ask for the shower curtain and towels as they were not provided in the room. I also had to buy air fresheners and cleaning products to make the room decent enough for my complete stay. Such a horrible experience with cleanliness and sanitation. The staff was polite and that was about the only good thing about it.
This is probably one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. It was not on base as the hotel said it was. The bathroom shower wouldn not drain properly and the toilet would only flush if you added water to the tank and the bathroom was just dirty and moldy the room had a horrible odor the ac only worked on fan mode and beds were stained..
It was extremely overpriced. You’re staying there because you’re close to the base, but I would stay further away and just drive to the base.

The staff doesn't know what's going on from one shift to the next. I had to fight to get the third night added back to my stay after they removed it without telling me. The tub in the room was dirty with soap scum. The bathrooms near the pools were clogged and dirty and when we told them about it they said they'd send someone, but no one came the whole time we were down at the pool over an hour. The third floor off the elevator felt like you entered a sauna and they were late with the breakfast start on our first morning. The eggs in a bag that were microwave heated were gummy and gross.
There was not on towel rack in the bathroom. Tub didn’t drain properly. Had to ask three times to get fresh towels each day. They are very under staffed so cleaning didn’t happen as it should. Garbage was not emptied daily as it should have been.
We were here due to Hurricane Helene. The staff were very helpful, polite and all around hospitable. No complaint whatsoever. Every morning the breakfast was warm and stocked. The woman servicing the breakfast area greeted us with a warm smile every morning. Front desk were always available and went out of their way to accommodate us. Dining options around the property were plenty. Nicks quickly became our go-to being that it’s walkable and open late.
Thanks to everyone on the staff at Comfort Inn. We truly appreciate you all! From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant. You all are awesome!!

Staff was rude, roaches were in first room, spoke with manager about refund they said they couldn’t give refund because I booked through Expedia but they offered to transfer me and my great aunt to another room, we switched rooms, visited my mom came back to room went to sleep I woke up to use bathroom Sunday night and noticed roaches on wall and coming out of air conditioning unit I didn’t want to wake up my aunt in the middle of the night she is 80 years old and has dementia I spoke with one of the employees about the complaint of roaches and could I get a full refund I took pictures and videos of the roaches I had to leave to take my aunt to her doctors appointment but asked to speak to a manager before I left employee stated her manager was running later I left then returned and employee stated that manager refunded me but I will have to wait on Expedia since I booked through a third party before I left I left my name and number with employee at the front desk the manger didn’t even bother to contact to let me know I would not ever recommend this hotel for a good stay I was highly disappointed and will never return
