Hotel is dirty. The walls in the room have never been cleaned. In the lobby when we checked in there was water pouring out of a light fixture in the ceiling. Bed wasn't uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Was supposed to be an 8.2 room and non smoking. There was a definite smoke smell To the room. Hotel under renovations which was not mentioned on the website. No phone in room, not sure if it wasn’t done yet or what. Answered email about how was our check in but never got response

Hotel is undergoing renovations but the outside also looks terrible. I actually wondered if it was operational. Construction supplies outside and in lobby. Workers are also using the only elevator. My room was finished but still not great. Very nice staff at front desk.
