On Expedia states check in at 2pm, when I got to the hotel it was actually at 3pm, the front desk person got me in at 2pm when I got there. That is an excellent costumer service!

I would not put my name on that hotel
Shower head was broke and barely had water coming out. Could not make warm water. Only hot or cold. Ladybugs were all over the room. Bathroom door would not close because of missing plunger latch. Bed was on a small tin stand that was to small for the size of matress. As u rolled over the tin underneath sounded like a locker room door. No pride in maintenence at all. I would not have gave that room to a guest.

It was a cheap stay, expectations were low, but if they aren't going to fully clean and upkeep the rooms, least Days Inn can do it make sure the showers work properly. I accidentally booked a smoking room which was my mistake, but even so the overall smell should not have been that horrible, there was a lot more than a smoke smell in that room. Then I had to take a cold shower in the morning because there was no warm water, just scalding or cold due to something broken in the faucet set-up.

Staff was hard to understand. People cleaning rooms didn't speak english at all. Was hard to communicate. Our TV wouldn't shut off. Spoke to the desk staff about it, but nothing was done. We just unplugged it to get it to shut off. There was dust on floor around beds, and on top of furniture. Otherwise, it was clean and everything else worked. The breakfast was not much to it. Disappointed with it.
