Smile when you greet customers.
It could have been excellent but the room we have was next to the pool and you can smell chlorine so strong that gave me headache. I asked the front desk if we can move to another room but he denied our request. Everyone was friendly but the front desk guy that doesn’t even smile.

Everything was great except for the barking dog across the hall. The guest did nothing to quiet their dog down. Barked most of the night.

Dog next kept awake all night
Any time these hotels allow pets, it comes with very problems sometimes. The adjoining room had a big German shepherd in the room and would off and on night. I notified the front desk at 2am and then at 4 am. Basically did not get any sleep because it would bark at least every half hour. Drury refunded my money which was nice but a 79 year man needs his sleep. We were there to attend our grand daughter graduation from MU. I found out the front he had checked with out telling them he had a dog which Drury charges $50.00 extra per nigh and also can not use the elevator with the dog which I am sure they did being on the fourth floor.
