Our family had to evacuate to Columbia due to Hurricane Helene. Check-in was uneventful. Ray sent a text checking on us. The lady at breakfast was very nice. She worked with me and the two little ones. The meal served on Monday was tasty. I looked forward to the same menus the next day, and was a little disappointed that it was different. Kayla was our housekeeper, and she was phenomenal. She made sure that we had all the fresh towels needed.The hotel manager, Kelly, was nice as well. No issues when I checked out.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was that the room darkening shade was broken and wouldn't go down. There was a bright street light shining in the window that kept me up all night. Other than that the staff was nice and the room was clean.

We enjoyed our 3 days here. Free hot Breakfast was delicious. Pool was so relaxing. Bed slept amazing! Staff was helpful and friendly. If we're ever in the area again we'll definitely stay here. We came here for our son's military graduation. ❤️

Not single point to mention in a bad way. One of the best Hotels we’d stayed. Clean the inside , aisle, rooms, corridors, outside, friendly staff, descent hot breakfast etc. We went to Fort Jackson and decided to drove a little more time due to the good hotels reviews and it worth tue $114 p/n with the hot breakfast. Kudo’s for the Management.
