Needs some TLC
A couple of the lights did not work. The shower head only went to my neck. So I had to bend down to wash my hair. The sink faucet was very loose and about to fall off. The handrail in the elevator fell off and I almost fell. The outside area was awesome although the pool was empty due to it being October. The entire staff was very nice and friendly and they all said congratulations to my daughter who just graduated at boot camp. With a few things being fixed this would be a great hotel

I stayed there 3 nights. The room cleaning never vacuumed the room. When we arrived, there was a ball or hair on the floor. They nevered. Leaned up the bathroom floor. I don’t think I they changed the sheets, either. They just made bed. And the room had a connecting door which was not described when I booked the room. I could hear the next doors TV very clearly and loudly. The staff were very nice.

I like the free breakfast, they provide a lot of options. Unique place in this hotel is the lobby and backyard with a lot of games for kids and adult. I think pool area need to maintenance and rooms need some upgrades especially restrooms. Staff are really nice and hard working.
