This resort needs to be under new management, as it does not meet the standards of other La Quinta Inns. We stayed here a year ago, and there was a noticeable change in the condition of the hotel. It is run down, the towels are like rags, the rooms and hallways need repair, and the food is subpar. They have a coffee machine that makes different types of coffee, but it only works in the evening and not in the morning, so you could not get a decade. The staff is friendly; however, at 6:15 in the morning, they are talking loudly outside in the hallway, letting their phones ring and talking on them. We would not stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our pet dog. It looks like they had a special section for pets, which made sense to us. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. And, above all, the staff did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend this LaQuinta ... especially if you're traveling with a pet.

Our stay was a quick over nighter and I booked through Hotel.com. Upon arriving at 11:30 at night I was surprised to hear I needed to pay a100 security deposit which was not advertised on hotels.com. I would suggest the hotel be more upfront with there fees no matter what application they use to book through. We will be back in February but I will look around at other hotels and stay at one that does not require a security deposit.
