Hospitality didn’t exist. Had to pay for room plus $20 cash only fee. Ceiling had mold. Shower barely worked plus moldy show curtain. Would never stay there again. Not a safe area.

Reserved my room in advance since I was traveling from out of town for an event which I purchased tickets for. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but a room was not ready until nearly 5pm, which put me way behind schedule. Although, I was lucky because they were turning others away who had also previously reserved a room and paid in advance, telling them they could try to get a refund from whomever they booked the room from. I saw this when I finally got my room key and again when I returned from the event I had planned. After checking in a made a couple of requests for things to be fixed in my room, such as not being able to turn on the television, and asking for a stopper for the bathtub, while the front desk said that they would contact maintenance to correct these issues, they were not addressed during my stay. I addition, the floor appeared not to have been swept being as there was trash near the floorboards, not all of the lights worked, the curtain was falling, the mattress had a permanent dent, the bed frame made noise upon sitting down, and the mattresses fitted sheet looked somewhat stained not even staying on the mattress itself, there was only one small pillow, and one towel that looked barely bigger than a hand towel. If I didn’t already have plans and was not already set back a couple hours because of check-in being delayed, I would have asked for a refund and left to find something more acceptable.

The Motel was close to my destination, only 7 minutes away. We were surprised to learn about a 20.00 deposit for a trash room fee, didn't know about it until we arrived; luckily I had some cash on me. It was noisy at night, kids playing in the hall way, doors being slammed very loudly. The room was clean and I got the room that I asked for. Will stay here again if I need to.

Roaches everywhere. Bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub and a huge wad of hair in the drain. Baseboard moulding held together with duct tape. The toilet wasn’t clean either. No water pressure in the shower. No amenities at all. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only reason I stayed was because I arrived at 12:30 pm. I checked out at 5:30 am. Couldn’t sleep because I was so grossed out.

We left an iPhone and sent them a message first thing the next morning and told them exactly where it was . No one ever messaged back . Followed up with a phone call and was told no staff reported a phone left behind. Doors slamming and people yelling most of the night . Don’t stay here . It’s worth the extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.

The service was great, but my bed seemed like a roller bed was very low to the floor. It did not look anything like the pictures, the water pressure in the shower was so low I literally had to lean against the wall to shower. The toilet rocked when I sat on it made loud bump noise, the sink water sprayed all over like maybe the filter needs to be changed, my taped down and I was so low I hand to extended my are to use remote, my curtains were half on rod some off, I felt I got catfished on a room, luckily I was on there a short time for army graduation.

Could be better, could be worse
They were wonderful to take our pets. The shower was great. The customer service was poor and the staff was not friendly at all. We had to ask for tissue paper and turn in our towels and sheets before getting more. We often had to wait until morning to get towels because none were available in the evening.
