Nice Room at a Fair Price
I had to stay in Columbia SC area for one night. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My room was recently updated w/new furniture and new bed.

This property was okay however they were not accommodating at all . I booked with Expedia however the staff would not accommodate our needs as far as rooms. Nobody spoke English and they were extremely rude to us. Will not visit again. Bad experience all together.

Just an ok hotel
I arrived late and left early. More typical than unusual for Quality Inn & Suites the hotel was difficult to find and the sign out front was low to the ground and not easily spotted. It was clean mainly because it was recently renovated. No carpeting in the room the breakfast was a paper bag with a bag of peanuts, 2 cupcakes and a bottle of water.

Very basic, nice room and clean. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and a bottled water in a paper bag. Don't suggest staying on second floor, you can hear every step on the floor above you. Facility was clean.

Looks like recently remodeled from perhaps apts or townhomes. Spacious room. Super clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable and so were the pillows. There was only one garbage bin, no towel holders. But that did not bother me. Enjoyed my stay.

Bare bones hotel. Hotel smelled of weed and curry. Hotel advertised breakfast and pool. Not breakfast or even an area out side of ones own room to congregate and pool was closed with a sign from DEHEC. Staff was friendly and pleasant. No luggage carts. It was concerning that you could walk in the front door and access rooms without going trough reception. Hotel did not feel safe.

The hotel itself is very nice and the room was very beautiful. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally and the gentleman made my check in very simple. My room was newly renovated. There was no bugs or any unpleasant smells throughout the room/hotel. I would definitely come again and recommend to others.

The room was so spacious we had multiple beds with a kitchenette and big open area. So much dining around, fun park, and less than 10 min to the Riverbanks Zoo. Would stay here again!
