Old newish hotel
Hotel has been remodeled. You can tell it is an older hotel. The hallway sounded like wood floors that were old. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Great staff.

The property would have received top marks if (1) there was no 45 minute line to check in because only one staff member was there at front desk and (2) pre-paid breakfast was not of the "pick one: orange juice or coffee or ... and a granola bar or a box of packaged cereal or oatmeal with hot water" variety.

The Complete Package
The folks at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The smell of "cleanliness" greets you as you walk into the building. Great restaurants, department store, and groceries shopping nearby. Our drive to Oriole Park was only 20 minutes away.

The hotel is in a very nice area. It's clean, inside and out. The employees were friendly and attempted to fix any problems I had. The elevator near my room was out of service the whole time I was there, (4 nights). I was on the top floor and I used the stairway. The bathrooms were clean but didn't have ventilation fans. There was a vent in the ceiling, but not an actual fan. For me, the cleanliness and the employees made up for any deficiencies. I would stay there again.
