Room was decent but staff was pretty much dense. House cleaning failed to clean room on first day. When I asked for extra towels house keeping brought me garbage bags; one was full of towels (about 8) and the other was fully of face cloths (around 12 to14). Restaurant is horrible and breakfast buffet was as equally bad. A situation at home came up and I had to leave early…the hotel played into that decision. I am a platinum member and received or offered any upgrade of any kind as well…worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.

The rules were extremely small and the pads were hard. I had difficulty even trying to go to sleep the bathroom, terrible I can’t believe they were called this luxury hotel.

The hotel is nice, staff friendly and nice expert for the breakfast. Staff at breakfast is not useful or friendly..$20 each for breakfast which was not good at all.. not many option and food disgusting.. otherwise the property is beautiful and clean
