New towels in room never washed we had fuzz balls all over us. Very limited breakfast. Restroom by breakfast area womens toluet seat about to fall off and personal hygiene container had blood running down the wall.

Ok, for the price
We decided to take a chance on this hotel because the price was so good, and overall, it was decent, but there were some big negatives. The location was decent, right off the interstate and easy to get in and out of. The room as sizable and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was decent and well stocked, however the breakfast area was a little small based on the number of people eating there. It was also very nice that there was free water offered in the fitness center. The one huge letdown was the pool. It was a heated indoor and the room it was in was in was very hot and humid. The water was merky and immediately after our kids climbed in, I started looking at the water and saw it was full of hair and dibris. I told them to get out and we didn't go near the pool after that.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I liked the shampoo and conditioner they provided in the shower would have been nice if they did body wash also. The breakfast was good. My only downside was the pool area could have been cleaned better there was a slight smell and a pair of shoes left laying in there for the two days I was there. Overall it was a nice stay and I would consider staying again.

Wow! Couldn’t be happier with my stay. I stayed for 3 days in a double queen on the first floor. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was the same all 3 days, but was well presented and everything I tried seemed fresh. Would have been nice to have something different for breakfast. The hotel is clean and the room I had was clean and up to date. The curtains blocked all the light and the privacy shade was excellent for daytime privacy with the curtains open. The staff were friendly and housekeeping was cleaning all areas of the hotel every day. The hallway carpets were even steamed cleaned during my stay. There is ample parking. The location was great for why I was in town - OSU related, being about 10 mins away with multiple ways to get there. The freeway is just around the corner allowing for ease to the freeway. I worked from the location and the desk space was perfect, the chair was nice and the wifi was great. The extra bonus for me was the AC. Holy cow....ice cold if you wanted it to be. I did not use the pool, business center or other facilities, but appeared in working condition. Zero doubt I will book again. It fit my needs. I felt safe. And the hotel was clean.

☆☆☆COCKROACHES☆☆☆ When we checked in, our room wasn't ready. So we had to be assigned a different room. There were several children and employees (assuming their parents) running around, in and out of empty rooms. I couldn't even push a cart down a hallway. Nothing in the room actually seemed clean. Some lights didn't even work. The fridge was dated & rusty. Every handle had some gross buildup around it. Mold in the bathroom ceilings. I killed an actual cockroach with my own shoe. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Do not waste your money.

The people in the room above me stomped around for an hour before I finally had to call the front desk to ask them to stop. Not the hotel's fault persay but you could hear every step and conversation thru the ceiling. It was a drag.

The room was comfortable and clean and very nice, but the best part was how kind and helpful the staff was, especially Jack P at the front desk. We stayed 2 nights this past week that weren't consecutive, and Jack was understanding and even helped me bring everything up front when i was waiting for my husband. I don't walk well, and he was a huge help.
