BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! I picked this hotel bc after reading the reviews, it said breakfast WAS included but it's NOT! Everything else was great, but when me and my friends checked in (there was 4 of us), I asked specifically about the breakfast, and I was directed where it would be, which was at this little cafe they have inside the hotel (that should have been my first clue!) However, they also *conveniently* failed to mention that you have to purchase a breakfast *package.* So when me and my friends got up the next morning and went to grab breakfast, I was asked for my ticket, and I stood there like an idiot bc I had no idea what they were talking about. It was suggested that I go talk to the hotel staff, so I did, and they had to check my account to see if I had the package, which I didn't. The details for this hotel need to be more transparent. I have never heard of any breakfast package before, all the hotels I have stayed at have them included, even if it's just coffee and donuts. So yeah, I am NOT a happy camper and I will NOT be staying there again.

This hotel was GREAT! Can't wait to visit again! Very convenient transport to Schottenstein Center. Pool area was very nice. Many shopping and dining options in the area. Maple Street Biscuit Company was FANTASTIC!

It was clean, easy check in. They were having a breaker issue so the light in the main lobby kept going out. Clerk entered my info into the computer using his phone flashlight. Pool was up and running.
