We are so happy we picked this hotel. We are from north Ohio coming down for Columbus activities for the weekend. The hotel is clean the restaurant was delicious with a nice breakfast buffet. Price of hotel very affordable.

Upon arriving, I was able to check in early. My in-laws could not. We took EVERYONES luggage to my room. We sat for a while. We left, i hid my purse, and went to the zoo. Upon returning we could not get into my room. It was given away to someone else. I return to front desk and was told "there was a glitch in check in process." It was a handicap room. And we needed that room for myself and my husband. All our belongings were retrieved and stored where anyone could access them, including my purse. As an apology, we were given a "free breakfast" that we already paid to have. My husband was given water and snacks for free. I didn't need those things. I needed the room we requested . I didn't need the clerk to run whenever he saw one of us.

The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my reservation and Tyrah the front desk supervisor stepped in and helped correct the issue immediately. The hotel is very clean and orderly. The bed I slept on was the most comfortable sleep I have had in a while. I give this hotel an over 10/10 would highly recommend and will stay here if ever in the area again.
