I was over charged for the room. My room was supposed to be $156.85 and I was charged $168.64. Some people might not think its a big deal but if I'm quoted something I expect to pay what I was quoted. This was the sexond time we stayed at this hotel and i wasn't overcharged the first time. There were people in the hallways yelling up until around 1am.I know its hard to stop people from doing things but 1am is a little ridiculous. I sure hope they don't over charge others with out letting them know.

This place declined over the years. The cleanliness of the place is just not the same. We contacted the desk to have them clean our room as we left early and cleaning services were up to 8 pm. Nobody came to our room to clean or even refresh our rooms with supplies. This hotel needs help. Unfortunately, there s not a ton of choices in the area but would I come back here, most likely not.

I can’t even say enough good things about this place. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Everything was a 10/10. I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else from now on when I come to Columbus. The happy hour was unreal the breakfast was unreal. The rooms were unreal. Maybe my favorite hotel ever.

Do not go here. Staff is rude.
Every year this hotel gets worse. They close the bar area at 10 on the weekends! You have to leave the atrium at 10. My family ordered pizza and the night manager made us leave the area. It was absolutely ridiculous.

1st room 229 out side window Large heating unit so loud no sleep first night. They moved use next morning no problem. Next night had to call security room next to use. Had children yelling screaming till 130 am. They sent security they were quiet for a minute but then continued to yell scream open door close door. No sleep again. Good note staff and breakfast was great.

I was pleasantly impressed with this Embassy Suites hotel. The staff was great. The made to order breakfast was wonderful. They also had a nice bar , and the bartender was cordial. Our room was quiet. No rattling furnace at night. The maid also was friendly and cordial. This hotel is an older hotel but some nice updates. They’re doing so much right. We’ll definitely stay there again when we return to Dublin Oh. Also this hotel has a complimentary Happy Hour .

Good, clean hotel, with large suite style rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is somewhat limited and as the hotel is situated outside of the downtown area, there are few options nearby within walking distance.
