It’s my own fault—I forgot Extended Stay hotels are a favorite of contractors. So I was awakened every day at 5:30-6:00 to the sounds of people heading off to work. But otherwise, no complaints. Everything was great. Clean rooms, convenient location, terrific staff.

What happened?
Staff was great but… one of the sinks didn’t drain, the floor in the kitchen was sticky and all the garbages around the hotel were overflowing. This was not the case when I stayed there less than a month earlier… what happened?

Worst customer service ever for the second time in three weeks. The only reason I rate it a “0” is because negative numbers aren’t an option. First week it was no pots and pans for four days and this second week my reservation was abruptly cancelled by the front desk clerk because the reservation was in my name and my wife was unable to check in because I wasn’t physically there. Two weeks ago, the identical setup was perfectly acceptable for checkin even with no pots and pans for four days in an extended stay room. Do yourself a favor and stay home or sleep in your vehicle if this place is the only option with a room available for the night.

I didn't trust the other bad reviews and should of
I am definitely not one to ever leave a bad review, but this wasn't a good experience at all. The tub didn't drain, room smelled very musty, the only thing they had for breakfast was coffee and a granola bar (literally nothing else there), it took about 15 minutes just to check out because there was no one at the front desk. Lady finally came to the desk and said sorry she was busy cleaning a room, which is fine but why is the front desk lady having to leave to clean a room?? It was a last minute booking so it is what it is, but when you spend hard earned money on something a person expects to get what they paid for. I had stayed just an hour away the night before in another hotel for the exact same price and it was A+ compared to this.

This was a horrible experience. I spent almost $300 on this room. The toilet didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, there was blood on the drapes, no mesh behind the drapes to open but not see from outside, there were stains and stuff all over the carpet, as an extended stay, they should’ve had dishes and stuff and there was nothing in the cabinets. This building needs a serious makeover to qualify for any future expenses for me especially having paid $300 for a room that feels like I was at a cheap motel and should’ve paid 80.

Honestly it was a beautiful place for a great price. We had a wonderful stay. We did notice however that some days the room smelled like smoke but other days it did not? The hotel may want to check their ventilation system and make sure also that no one is smoking in the courtyard that the rooms faced. It wasn't a lasting smell but we could tell someone must have been smoking near the room.

Upon arrival, there was a sign at the front desk, saying that the attendant would be back momentarily. We waited for close to 15 minutes for someone to come. There is a phone in the lobby too if no one was at the desk. We attempted calling three times… The first two times we were hung up on and the last time, we were told it would be awhile. I ended up calling again because after traveling, I had to use the restroom and there is no public restroom in the lobby of this establishment. She finally showed up and put us in a close room so that I could go to the bathroom. Shortly after, we left the room after leaving our things to go meet family. Later in the evening we returned, and there was only one pillow on the bed. We had to go to the front desk To ask for another because the phone in the hotel room did not work and you could not call. They ended up giving us one additional pillow as they said that was all that they had. Typically, hotels have at least four pillows on the bed. When we returned for the evening to shower and get ready for bed, there was only 1 washcloth & towel. Again, to the front desk for more. It was very disappointing that this room was only equipped for one person, if that and the reservation was for 2 adults. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here because we are having only option with small kitchen. For cleanliness I would rate zero as no one cares about daily cleaning plus you have to clean your room at your self and your trash you have to put in trash room. **Breakfast- you are going to get muffins and a breakfast bar or oats packet which they are putting in small chunks if that over you have to wait for staff to put it again. Rooms are comparatively small in size

Hotel attendants were very friendly and the room was clean. Great location, walking distance to Polaris shopping mall/complex and Target. The only issue was that the bathtub had very slow water drain when we took shower. But since we only stayed for a night, we were happy with our stay overall.
