I was disappointed in the way this property looked- it’s close to the airport but has not been updated in awhile- the room smelt like it had been flooded ( musty) and the whole property looked run down. I won’t stay here again-

Everything about the hotel was great except at check in se were notified that can’t stay, park and fly there because we made reservations via Expedia. Have to make reservations directly with hotel. The whole reason we booked this was to stay, park and fly but by the time we found out it was too late to cancel reservations :(

Loved the nearness to the car rental return and airport. Stayed here last year as well (repeating business in the area) and could tell that there's been a lot of wear on the facility. Also, the water levels in those older commodes is too high (noticed it last year as well - and noticed it was absent in the other three Hilton's we stayed at during the week) and a person's private parts dip in the water in the bowl. Bad feeling. But thought you should know!

Comply. Especially liked having the loveseat for extra seating. Lovely breakfast with large variety. Front desk friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, first rate stay. Prefer Hampton to other Hilton properties at CMH. A light dinner menu would be good.

Clean the shuttle bus!
We arrived two hours late at the Columbus airport and waited for about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle. The bus was very dirty, all the seats were stained and gross. Our stay at the hotel was decent, the front desk host was helpful and nice.

Extremely close to the airport with a free shuttle to the terminal. Very professional staff. Breakfast was terriffic ! The room was clean. All the amenities were provided. Im tall. Shower head was above me which is rare. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a great place for a one night stay. I was in town for a twenty one pilots concert and wasn’t able to check in until after the show so I was grateful they allowed late check ins. The only thing that was a little questionable was the shower and bathtub seemed to not be the cleanest area, I think there was mold unfortunately. Luckily I did not need to take a shower. However for the price and length of my stay, it was a good place to stay and a spacious room.
