Staff was very friendly. In our room, alarm clock did not work, microwave did not work unless you held onto the plug/outlet connection, same with all bathroom plug in for hair dryer. Room thermostat would not stay set. Defaulted to 71 degrees and very stuffy.

Older hotel. Clean. Right off the interstate. Good breakfast but no gravy with biscuits lol. Will say the hotel has a weird layout with lots of walking from one end of the hotel to the other. Front desk on one side, elevator all the way on the other side of the building. No little market only a couple of vending machines that only take cash. And of course they are on the opposite of the hotel from the front desk so if you need change you need to walk back and forth. Front desk associates never out front. Always in the back. And think that if you’re going to list a hot tub as an amenity it should be by the pool. Hot tubs and jetted tubs in a few rooms are not the same thing. That’s like saying you have a pool but only 5 rooms have access to it.

It was exactly what I needed and the staff was very friendly. I had an issue with my rate and they fixed it immediately. The breakfast was so good! Loved the banana bread waffles!

I was pleasantly surprised,since I usually stay at La Quinta across the street. It's basically the same, just cheaper per night. I had a wonderful night's sleep and the facilities are clean and well stocked. I felt safe, and there are plenty of dining options in the nearby. The breakfast bar was nice as well. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town!
