It was conveniently located for our destination. It was VERY dark in the room, and we couldn't open the curtains/blinds to let in more light. They could use more light in the room. It probably would not have been a problem if the curtains worked. The TV also did not work. We had to keep unplugging the box, and we finally got one channel to work. Only 1 elevator worked, and I was a bit hesitant to get on it because the working one made a lot of noise. Overall, we were very safe. As an owner, however, I would think I would want to make sure everything was working to its fullest potential, and if a room was not, I would try to make other accommodations (another room with working curtains/TV) or offer a discount.

We have been traveling for lacrosse for several years. Our car got broken into during our stay. I guess this is a regular occurrence. They say there is security but weird they sit in another parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel, drive the extra 20-30 minutes to the complex. I wish Expedia would put most recent reviews up because I would have known. Staff was rude about the whole situation and we were not warned when checking in regarding this. I think 8 cars were broken into that night. We were told by police they’re looking for guns.

Great value/Lots of shopping and food close by
Overall good stay, although SEVERAL cars 🚗 were broken into Friday night (Apparently an organized ring because several other hotels in the area were hit as well). They did amp up security the next night. Breakfast was great other than they opened up about 10 minutes late Sunday morning.

The hotel is lovely. It was just for a stopover on the way to Tulsa. However, the room we were first given had not been cleaned. Bed not made, towels on the floor, pizza box and fast food containers on the desk and 2 large bags of rubbish on the floor. Not at all the fault of the front desk staff. Once we told them, they issued another room which was perfect for our needs.

Poo considerations….
First room, the toilet didn’t work. Second room was by the break room where it was super loud with people wheeling things in and out all the time. You’d think if you’re making up for the first room not meeting needs, the second would be in a better location. Bed was too firm; very uncomfortable. One of the bed lights flickered bad, so we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing was refilled when we arrived at 9am. No forks, no orange juice, no eggs, no bacon, barely any breads, mini fridge was almost empty. I didn’t get to eat!!! All I could have was coffee and without French vanilla creamer because it was empty too. Service needs to be proactive and prep for refilling items before they run out; not when they run out.

Good location. However, staff were unhelpful, it seemed like a chore when I needed help, room was super dark and no overhead lighting, window shade was broken and was unable to be opened so it was extra dark, no business area so could not use computers or printers.

Not a very good stay
Breakfast hardly had anything to offer- did grab a hard bagel which was stale.I couldn't adjust the a/c that was Left on. Carpet wet along the outside wall, maintenance drilling and adjusting someone's door across hall at ,930 pm. Waking me up. Front desk not very friendly or even ask about my stay. Will not recommend staying here.
