The rooms did not have any information about dining, shopping, or any surrounding places. Also no luggage holder. The pillows on the bed were flat. The mattress was obviously old with a large dip in the middle. This was not the Holiday Inn I've loved to stay at when I traveled.

We stay in alot of rooms with all the cocerts we go to. This weekend was another concert with our daughter so decided ma6be go a little nicer. At 200+ a night this hotel was a disappointment for sure. Even the lobby bathroom was a total mess from check in to check out, no cate at all to even try it seems.

Location is great and staff were very courteous but the room was terrible. I paid over $300 for one night and expected to be getting a really nice room. What I got was a run down room in need of serious renovation and repair. The carpet was frayed, there was peeling paint on the ceiling in 3 places, the tub drain was messed up, the tub faucet was so loose it was ridiculous, there were holes in the bathroom wall where they removed some fixtures and didn’t patch the holes. I’ve stayed at $100 budget motels that had nicer rooms.
