The property didn’t look like a Holiday Inn Express from The outside, once you walked inside the lobby was clean, but everything about this property just said OLD and VERY DATED! Then when you got to your room, the carpet was old, the tile on the floor was a discolored white, and the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out

Great location if visiting Germantown or other downtown activities. While room was clean and bed comfortable the bathroom had a hard to turn on sink faucet and the toilet paper holder was on a swivel and when used the roll went flying! It needed to be secured better! Tv remote was a challenge to learn to use. Large spacious room During the early morning while a do not disturb hung on our door some kids ran the hall pounding on our door and took off No one else complained about it scared me for sure! We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. That was nice

Our room was very clean and comfortable. As soon as we stepped into the hotel there was a nice fresh smell. Breakfast was good and hot. There was a lot of close by eateries within walking distance.

In the center of the room looked like a crime scene. Red covered with bleach and what appeared like podwer. Filthy rug stain of what i dont know. Unable to walk on the carpet had to wear shoes. Staff was Unable to do anything. OBVIOUSLY OVER BOOKED. HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. We reserver our room a month ago. Very unsatisfied am contacting credit card company to refuse charge.

Front desk staff were very accommodating. Room was large with a comfortable bed. Location was good for walking downtown…app. 20 minutes. Very good breakfast choices! Parking areas were safe although some were off-site.

Very nice hotel. Lobby was very nice and in great condition. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure my Son and my stay was good. Liked that it had a pool and a really great complimentary breakfast! The options for breakfast were many and very good! I was really impressed! Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very happy and pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express to others.
