This hotel appears to be an unfinished remodel. Bathrooms are unfinished with “mud” all over places it shouldn’t be, a/c wasn’t cold (it stayed on fan mode most of the night), and breakfast was terrible.

Upon arrival, the doors were locked and a sign on the door that the hotel was shut down due to a water leak! According to neighbor hotels, it had been shut down for several weeks and yet, Holiday Inn nor Expedia attempted to reach out to us to make other accommodations. They had ALL of my contact info. No excuse for such incompetence!
