Upon arrival, the doors were locked and a sign on the door that the hotel was shut down due to a water leak! According to neighbor hotels, it had been shut down for several weeks and yet, Holiday Inn nor Expedia attempted to reach out to us to make other accommodations. They had ALL of my contact info. No excuse for such incompetence!

The tv screen was messed up, Blinds wouldn't go up or down, hotel needs to be updated for it to be an express I qas very disappointed

First room the blinds didn't work and the window was facing the parking lot so headlights were beaming in constantly. We had to get moved to another room upstairs since the windows up there were not going to have the lights from the vehicles in the parking lot shinning in. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was very comfortable. Front desk personnel very pleasant. The ladie that prepared breakfast was very friendly, she made sure breakface area was clean and all food was hot and delicious. Excellent choice of foods. Overall a great experience

Poor condition
The hotel was not kept up well. The room smells moldy, and when we initially walked into a room, the air conditioning was not on. Also, they advertise a hot breakfast. We were told when we went down for breakfast at the oven was broken and we were only offered grab and go breakfast. There was no coffee made, and very little selection.
