Front desk clerk was friendly even at our 1 AM check in. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were quite small. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable.

We attended my mother-in-law’s unexpected passing at the end of July/beginning of August. The staff is amazing, helpful, kind, and professional. I know they are in the middle of a big renovation, so making sure to allow grace is helpful. My one and only complaint…no washer and dryer on site. I know they have a flyer for someone to hire to do it for you, but I am picky about my clothing. Great stay under the circumstances.

The stuff incredible no room service. The breakfast is OK when I park there it looks like motel. It’s not the same with the pictures they have on the website. I will never go back.

Alright. The suite was okay but much smaller than other Hyatt House suites I have stayed in. Breakfast was good. The a/c didn't work well. I don't like that the towels are not changed regularly without a request.

Best room I have rented in a while. Clean, plenty of space and love the separate sitting/table area so you are not on top of each other all the time. Room was very quiet and let's talk about the mattresses... perfect comfort! Staff were very attentive. I will stay here again.
