I did not like having a handicap room. The shower made the water go all over the bathroom floor. It would of been nice also for the lobby to have fresh coffee for those arriving after a long drive. I also would of like to have a copy of my bill. I don't have access to wait till I get home and I don't have a printer.

Wonderful fast check In, room was clean and quiet. Even had a bar right in the lounge area with reasonably priced drinks. Will make this our go-to hotel in Columbus.

The rooms are big, but the ac unit location is terrible and noisy. there is no security cameras outside in the parking lot or any kind of security. Couple cars got broken on the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel.
